On most days I can't make it to dinner time. My back hurts so much, I usually have to leave dinner. It makes me think it is adrenal exhaustion (or CFS/FM). Has anyone else had this problem and treated it as TMS and gotten through it?

Thanks,
Suzy

Hi Suzy,

Try doing a search on this forum on chronic fatigue, CFS or ME. E.g.:

http://www.tmshelp.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=928&SearchTerms="chronic,fatigue"

I used to suffer from chronic fatigue. I hadn’t heard of TMS at the time and it got better after a few years.

But now I’m convinced it was TMS.

When I was still seeing a chiro who did APplied Kinesiology, it came up that I had adrenal exhaustion once...I took a supplement for about a week w/ adrenal glands in it and took extra B vitamins, especially B6...A year and a half ago after a bad high speeed chiro adjustment, my neck TMS came on very strong, as it also did 6 weeks ago and continues to this day...My adrenals may have been exhausted this time as well...as I kept jumping and tightening the back of my head and neck w/ any sudden sounds...even normal sounds like someone knocking on the door or the phone ringing..That part is calming down, thank God...The rest I am still working on by reading, journaling and therapy...
