Also, a few days ago someone mentioned in another topic that psychodynamic counsellors had a similar approach and could be useful in the absence of a TMS doctor if they were willing to take on the ideas / read the books. I emailed Dr Sarno last June (I think), and he told me there weren't any in the UK. He suggested finding an analytically-trained psychotherapist and lending them my copy of "The Mindbody Prescription".
