Thank you very much for this suggestion.
It makes more sense to me than to look for rage.
I shall try this, I'll let you know.

Thank you.

Saf,
Louise Hay states in her book, You Can Heal Your Life, that a possible cause for migraine is
"Dislike of being driven. Resisting the flow of life. Sexual fears. (Can usually be relieved by masturbation.)"

Shoulders - "Represent our ability to carry out experiences in life joyously. We make life a burden by our attitude."

She is uncanny in some of her observations so maybe this will give you some ideas.

Saf- If you feel that you need to go back to childhood stuff, or just want to experiment with it, then I recommend something that has helped me a lot dealing with the feelings of guilt that inevitably come up. That is inner child work. If you imagine your feelings as a child representation of yourself and commit to dialog with the child every day then this will help reveal what is going in the unconscious. This was how I approached my case and it worked for me although admittedly it took a lot of work and dedication to the process. You have to commit to it even when it doesn't seem to be doing anything and take the leap of faith that your emotions will come out in time. This is very powerful stuff and an important tool at your disposal. Try it for a while and see what happens.

If the feelings are too terrifying than the inner child stuff may still not be enough to get to the emotions but its worth a try in my opinion. If it doesn't work there is always the therapy option.

For me the inner child stuff worked for a while but eventually I needed more help in therapy to get to feeling the repressed fear and rage.
