I forgot to mention that after 20 years of chronic, daily, pain misdiagnosed as severe fibromyalgia, I became pain free almost a year ago. So I am angry with myself that I can't "talk the pain down". Sometimes I feel the more I re-read all my tms stuff, the worse it gets. Any suggestions for getting out of relapse? Debby
The same thing that made you recover in the first place will bring you out of your relapse. You know what you have to do because you have done it before. In fact, it is we who should be coming to you for advise and not the other way around:)
