Honestly! If I didn't know about tms process I'd be crying, but this is so absurd I'm laughing:

After a few months of foot pain and my recent more serious effort of journalling about my emotions, the foot pain is gone - hooray - but now I can't move my left arm!!!! coincidence? No way. I've never had tms manifest in shoulder and rotator cuff before. In some ways it's worse than foot pain b/c it's so hard to get dressed. As a future OT this is a magnificent experience. Ok, back to journalling. (where will the tms go next?)
So I've got my tms on the run but it hasn't run *away*.

Hey Windy,

That's great news. You know there's just no way that new pain is not TMS. Do your best to laugh at it...It too will run away, and no doubt very soon.

hmph! today the shoulder pain is mainly gone and the foot is hinky again. It's pretty funny really, the way the tms keeps bouncing around.

I have TMS on the RUn all the time. I get new episodes of crazy numbness or pain that will come and quickly go because I can usually talk myself out of it, laugh it off, ridicule it.
Good for you on your progress.

mine is doing the same thing. Mine has moved to my ribs. I go to bed just fine and wake up in the morning and all around my ribs ache, then it goes away after I've been up. It is the weirdest thing! The only thing you can do is laugh!
