Thanks for the replies guys, TJ, that was the citation I was thinking of, all my books are loaned out of course. Ace, I have a call in to the doctor's machine at Rusk, the message says he only accepts patients from the tri-states but will correspond. I left a message that I would pay for a consultaion over the phone. I'll let you'll know if I get a response from his receptionist.
