Hi Everyone,

This week's podcast episode - my 50th!! - is on the role of persistence and perseverance as we take the necessary action to improve our health.

Much of what I talk about this week is inspired by the amazing strength of the individuals I treat who suffer with TMS/PPD. Success - in health, in life - truly boils down to belief in ourselves and having perseverance to achieve our goals.

You can listen to the podcast here:

http://www.thehealthymind.com/2012/10/31/healing-through-persistence-and-perseverance/

(all podcasts are also available through iTunes as well, if you prefer listening to them on your phone)

Never doubt how truly powerful you are. You can absolutely do this.

With persistence and perseverance, you CAN eliminate the pain of TMS.

I truly hope you find the podcast worthwhile and helpful.

Kindly,
Dr. Zafirides

I really think that without persistence and perseverance one can hardly defeat their mindbody syndromes. We give up to soon. We loose patient, get angry, get frustrated... and our condition get worse.

Wonderful podcast Dr Z. Thanks.
