I looked at all my medical stuff from last year and could see
most of it was psychosomatic...reading this book and others has
helped me get rid of my depression. I'm determined my medical
stuff this year will be for check ups ONLY.

I have leg pain and it is hard to get rid of. Some days better than
others. I keep talking to myself and have notes on my car dash
board to remind me...

Any tricks out there to help this along. I have fatigue too...but
I keep on trucking most days...I get discouraged on some days...and
can see it is a long process. I do exercise and often when I don't
feel like it because I hurt..

I really am a very healthy person, but I let all these minor things
become big things. I know with Dr. Sarno's book and Dr. Sopher's that
I am not going to let that happen again. I was a great one for
getting one thing fixed and then something else would pop up..I laugh
at it now that I can see it. Just getting rid of the depression is
such a big thing...it went away after about a month of working the
program. Any other suggestions on the leg thing would be helpful.

Thanks to all of you out there helping each other. Lorrie O
