Posted - 06/11/2013 : 10:54:58 O.K so I get pain in my hands.. so I work like there's nothing wrong (because there isn't anything wrong!)
I got back pain so I ran through it as if nothings wrong... both strategy's seem to be becoming very successful...
At night though or when I lay down I get some tms tension round the back of the neck / jaw area... quite difficult to describe.. has any one got any tips for this? accept for just ignoring it /not worrying about? It's a funny one because it doesn't stop me doing anything.
I'm sure it will just go pretty soon any way!
thanks! Matt |
