Hi Everyone,

I finally finished this week's podcast. The subject this week is Bad Habits - how they form and how to break free. I discuss the latest research and provide some tips on the best strategies to help put the odds in your favor in overcoming bad habits:

http://www.thehealthymind.com/2013/01/23/bad-habits-what-you-need-to-know-to-break-free/

Much of the information is very relevant to TMS/PPD as well.

I hope you find the podcast helpful.

Kindly,
Dr. Z

Dr Z, I think it would be so helpful if you can include the writing of your podcast too. I think many of us would prefer reading instead of listening. Sometime there are other people sitting nearby and we're don't have a headphone handy. Thanks.

Balto & Chickenbone,

Thanks for your input. I am currently researching the best solution to summarize or transcribe the podcasts. With over 60 podcast episodes, the cost to get them all transcribed is prohibitive at this point for me, given my bandwidth costs and recent equipment upgrades for my studio.

I am trying to figure out a way I can use Dragon Dictate to possibly transcribe the shows.

I hear you loud and clear, though. I ask for your patience as I try to figure out a solution.

Kindly,
Dr. Z

Dr Z, thank-you for all your valuable information. I agree with Balto. I live in Panama and cannot always get a good enough connection for video, and then when I get to someplace where I get a good enough connection, the place is loud and I forgot my earphones.
