Im looking for the most basic of basic starter guides. Am open to audio books too.
Would like to try and dedicate 10-20 per day to mediation.
Thoughts/help/recommendations are greatly appreciated. |

There are great podcasts as well, my favorite being Meditation Oasis. Guided mediation is often helpful for beginners like myself. |

Posted - 11/19/2012 : 00:02:17 One of the best books for meditation is "Fully Present" by Susan Smalley and Diane Winston. It's written by the founders of the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. They also offer a fantastic online meditation course. |
