Posted - 09/29/2012 : 16:08:57 I agree with Matt too but for me I didn't have to think about the activities I was doing like washing the plates etc, just being aware of what was happening to my feelings at the present moment and my reactions. In addition I needed affirmations to help modify my reactions. In this all, impatience was the thing that was causing 95% of my symptoms bc it was with me all the time. |

"Why" you ask?
I am aware of my symptoms I am aware of what causes them I am aware of how to make the changes I need The awareness leads me to stay on the path to making those changes

I agreed with you a 100% Matthew.
