Hi,

I am suffering from terrible insomnia. It is as if my unconscious is waking me after a few hours to annoy me. Has anybody had luck with dialoging with the unconscious around insomnia?

I am thinking of something like:

"I know what you are up to, I see that you need to be heard. I want you to let me sleep soundly tonight because I am listening to you. I see that you are angry and scared. I will take care of you..."

Does this make sense?

Try 20 minutes of meditation each morning. Learn, among other things, how to focus on your breathing. You need to develop concentration and awareness. It takes time, but keep it up and you will be sleeping well.

Yes, Melatonin helps a little, but I have had little luck with staying asleep.

I was really wondering if the same upset and angry trickster that is behind my physical pain might also be causing other things. It seems plausible but it's not muscle related.

I suppose I have nothing to lose by trying.

Thanks for your response.

Hi I am new to the TMS theory. But have you tried taking Melatonin? or have banana and warm milk before bed. Maybe that would help too?
