Was thinking about this today... are you going to make a New Year's Resolution?

Part of me thinks... why create any extra pressure?

Part of me thinks.. why NOT create the pressure? Perhaps that would be a step in showing the TMS you're not afraid to set goals, despite what it's doing to you?

Or, are resolutions just silly anyway?

Personally, I always sort of liked the opportunity. I try to keep it realistic and something more short term... or at least something that can show some results short-term so it doesn't fade away too quickly.

Love to hear opinions... and even resolutions if you have any...

I know you can't cure TMS or my other issues so I've decided to have fun.

Hard to have TMS when your having fun.

So I've entered a few races already

 What's yours?
