I just watched this dvd by Debbie Ford. It has a lot of material relevant to tms. Anyone else seen it?

No, it's not about running. It is about our "shadow", how if we ignore or repress our dark side, it comes back as addictions, anger,
physical and emotional pains. I rented it, although it may be on youtube, as well.

I've not Al. Is it something particular to runners? If so, I'd be very interested.
