Hi all,

Has anyone read "The Journey: A Practical Guide to Healing Your Life and Setting Yourself Free" by Brandon Bays?

I was flicking through it in a bookshop today and I saw it had good reviews on Amazon (althought not based on many reviews). I was given a book voucher for Xmas and wondered if this one would be good.

In my flicking I saw that she talks about getting down through layers of emotions to find the "source" ie the basic emotion underneath that triggers physical changes. I know we don't need to find the actual emotion but I thought this might be another way of "doing the work".

Has anyone read this book?

I have not read the book but it sounds like it might be helpful and worth a shot. Mobius
