Dr. Weeks was a pioneer in the treatment of anxiety. Her books are invaluable and are still used today by patients and psychologists. Much of cognitive therapy is based on her work. She even suffered from anxiety symptoms while studying medicine. Excellent work by an excellent doctor. You can not go wrong by reading her books.

Thanks for sharing this! I've been reading her book, "Hope and Help for Your Nerves" and have found it VERY helpful with my anxiety. Can't wait to check this out.
