I like the Hemisync CD's. My favorite is "Deep 10 Relaxation."

This page has some info about hemisync: www. monroeinstitute.com/ content.php?content_id=69

and www. hemi-sync.com/ shopexd.asp?id=41

I have a very good CD by Glenn Harrold. You should be able to find him using Google.

Definitely check out belleruthnaparstek.com. She has wonderful CD's. They are guided imagery and affirmations. She has them for many different needs - anxiety, depression, health, etc. She is a pyschologist who believes that guided imagery and affirmations really help people and she has seen it work time and time again. I have several and they are really, really good. Her site is lovely too - very calming and reassuring.
