Hope you having a good day and feel well. Did any of you tried to learn or heard about Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction? I found the course in Toronto and really would like to give it a try. I like a class idea, I very bad to study on my own. Since I am not getting better , have to give it a try. BTW, if somebody likes reading, there are book about Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: http://www.meditationforhealth.com/selfhelp.html
All the best!
