Hope you having a good day and feel well.
Did any of you tried to learn or heard about Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction? I found the course in Toronto and really would like to give it a try.
I like a class idea, I very bad to study on my own.
Since I am not getting better , have to give it a try.

Another source for mindfulness that is really easy to absorb is:
www.Adyashanti.org There are a lot of video clips on his teachings.

Go for it, Julia. I'm taking a mindfulness class and finding it useful. Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zinn is one of the mindfulness "bibles" and it talks a lot about mindfulness training and pain.
