And while producing excess saliva isn't much of a malady, I do think this could be a minor TMS equivalent and that one's emotional state could be connected to one's saliva production. I found the dryness in my eyes that prevented me from wearing contact lenses to go away, along with my much more debilitating and severe RSI from typing, once I'd read MBP.
