Posted - 03/08/2008 : 13:56:57 Ha ha - I think I'll write a book called The Law of Distraction.
This thread is for those of us who have been helped by Sarno's distraction theory. I just posted on Hillbilly's thread that it is the only part of this whole deal that was new to me - I had been doing everything else: attending to my suppressed emotions, changing beliefs for decades, etc.
Oh, it's just a distraction! was the realization that stopped my symptoms in their tracks a year or two ago.
Any other takers?
xx
