Posted - 08/21/2007 : 10:17:34 Amy, searching for "RSI" will probably bring up more posts than carpal tunnel. If you look on the Success Story forum (http://tmshelp.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=4), you'll find many success stories from people on the board who recovered from RSI - me, HilaryN, alexis, and Redsandro among them.
To follow the TMS protocol, you should give up any treatments such as splinting as soon as you find it feasible.

******* Sarno-ize it! Read chapter 4 of Dr. Sarno's "The Divided Mind." Also chapers 3, 4 and 5 in Dr. Scott Brady's "Pain Free For Life" are very important. |
