Has anyone had carpal tunnel symptoms resolve using the TMS techniqes? How long did it take? Did you wear a wrist splint at night to avoid waking with tingling fingers while employing the techniques?

there are hundreds of posts on this message board on carpal tunnel symptoms. Please refer to the search engine.

*******
Sarno-ize it!
Read chapter 4 of Dr. Sarno's "The Divided Mind." Also chapers 3, 4 and 5 in Dr. Scott Brady's "Pain Free For Life" are very important.

Amy, searching for "RSI" will probably bring up more posts than carpal tunnel. If you look on the Success Story forum (http://tmshelp.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=4), you'll find many success stories from people on the board who recovered from RSI - me, HilaryN, alexis, and Redsandro among them.

To follow the TMS protocol, you should give up any treatments such as splinting as soon as you find it feasible.
