Posted - 04/03/2006 : 18:42:41 I bought Fred Amir's book and started reading it a few days ago. I thought it would be helpful to have some outlined exercises in addition to therapy. I'm only on step 3 of the 9 (I skipped right to the treatment section since I'm already aquainted with TMS), and I'm not sure where a correlate can be drawn, but I'm actually feeling better, not leaps and bounds, but a small, albeit noticeable, change. Wow. Is this too good to be true? Did it really just happen? This is when I have to stay my strongest, because there's the temptation to become frightened and run right back to the arms of the pain. We'll see where this goes...

Posted - 04/06/2006 : 13:20:18 Thanks Miehnesor,
Even though I don't feel as great as I did last week, it's getting easier and easier to stay on track and not spend the entire day focusing on the physical. The only sticking point is that I really truly want to be better for the summer. I know tinkering with time issues is not a good idea. I guess I'll just hope for the best. Thanks again for the support!
