I am halfway through this book, and I find it fascinating, and related to tms. Has anyone any comments, or reviews?I have not gone out to my truck to yell out loud, but I might later.

I have been thinking of ordering that one, too. Can you give a brief review?

I loved the book, but liked his new one even more. It's called "Growing Yourself Back Up".

Well, today I did yell inside my truck with the windows up, I punched a punching bag, and we had a greek dinner and smashed plates after. It felt good! I don't know if it would help tms, but I don't think it would hurt. My daughters already think I am odd, and humored me.

I've never read this book.

I have yelled and screamed in the car (with the windows rolled up ;-) and have found that exercise very helpful. Its a safe outlet to prevent new stresses from being repressed.

Take care, -Stryder
