Hi

I got over chronic back pain 12 years ago after reading dr sarno, after suffering for 8 years post a whiplash injury.

In past 18 mths back pain has come back after I changed to a new challenging job. Then in Dec I got labrythitus symptoms - dizzy, foggy head and fatigue. It has not improved over past 4 mths. Really fatigued and have this light / foggy head. Tried lots of things, incl journaling and doing exercise. But still not got on top of this. Making me anxious and fearful, and effecting both my life and my family. I know the work change was a trigger, and work pressure is significant - however I do not want to give up on the job and just want to feel normal again.

Has anyone else got CFS symptoms? I did get glandular fever 5 yrs ago posh birth of our second child, and think this could be a GF flare up? My logical brain says this is TMS but fact I have not been able to sort had meant my emotional side is on overdrive. Looking for solutions, fearful there is something more sinister etc. I have had blood tests and seen doctor and a ENT specialist (as wanted to know if had labrithitis and what it is). Any help / advise much appreciated.

Hi - I have not had the symptoms you have, but it sounds like tms.
I have had allergies, lots of pain, some were definitely work related.
maybe do a search on this site to see if anyone else had something similar.
