my pain went from 4 to 9 in 1 hour with no seeming reason.. what do you guys do or did when that happened?.
do you think what did you do that might affected you psychologically? do you meditate? or do breathing exercises do you go for a walk? do you try to ignore it and push threw?
what do you think is the best thing to do?
ive tried to think (psychologically) what did i do that raised the pain so much.. what i did is i wrote and sent my cv and played a video game..the thing is that the pain started 2 years ago after i was fired from my job ,that was very traumatic for me i remember... i had lots of friends there and i had a huge sens of inferiority and being betrayed, i really wanted to smash the CEO's face and i discovered that friends that i thought that were friends kinda stabbed me in the back..maybe there is correlation i wonder.. |
