Hi Folks,
from time to time I post a video that has really helped me grow......this one might be the best yet. I was reviewing Ace1's notes on the keys to healing and it got me thinking. I am currently going through a very challenging time and am way outside my comfort zone.....and I have loads of pain again when before I was pain free. When I was pain free I wasn't journaling or doing anything for TMS, I simply had a clear focus on the future.....which was very positive and I was feeling very confident. Which is somewhat different now.
Anyway I starting looking into confidence and self-esteem because as we all know low self-esteem is a big thing with TMSers. I found this video, which is by the author of The Happiness Trap......and excellent book i recommend you read.
