On the book front, I'd like to suggest an alternative/complement to Mind Power by the mama of mental energy. (I have the lovely 1978 edition.)
Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain.
Don't let the new age name fool you, it is a bit silly but this lady knows her stuff and this book is a rich resource. There are oodles of affirmations and tips. I like Kehoe but it's a bit bare for me. This may also be a chick thing.
And for gods sake don't complain that it's another book to read. It isn't. It's simply another option. |
