In school I would do research and sit bent over books for hours at a time. The tables that I would sit by were always too low and I had to sit ackwardly.I only experience soreness in my lower back and neck while sitting like that.I would like to know if this is also TMS or not, because as soon as I get out of that position I don't have anymore pain.Maybe this is comparible to bending your finger back, that when the finger goes back to it's nomal position there is no more pain?

It would be hard to make a diagnosis without first seeing your doctor. You should always see a doctor first. Dr. Sarno stresses this a lot in his books.
