I just read online the Mind Power into the 21st Century. Kudos for Shawn for the linkydink.

I really liked it. Like a whole bunch of power of attraction, napoleon hill, the secret all of it condensed into a tiny little space. I am going to order the hardcopy to have as a sort of manual.

But then I see the Quantum Warrior and wondered if anyone read that?

In Episode 17 part 16 Kehoe has a technique he used to cure his back pain!

This may sound crazy, but I think mr Kehoe has not fixed the strain in his life. You can observe this on some of his videos. The way he talks, the weathered appearance, glasses etc. I love his book and what he is teaching is right on, but remember, I said you must use mind power to achieve self relaxation. His book does not tell you what goal to have, just techniques to achieve your goal. He probably never applied the goal of self relaxation through his mind power techniques.

I think you are right about this, and he has a really concise book(s) to do just that. That is all I'm gonna work on. With your keys.
He is strained I agree.

And yeah Tolle was completely at ease when I met him many years ago. He wasn;t restrained. And he can generate a buzz of vibration (darshan), but guru he aint.

So take what teachings/techniques are relevant and useful and leave the men/women behind.

Here is what Kehoe suggests as a program
Let’s assume you’ve chosen an appropriate goal and you’ve committed yourself to doing twenty to thirty minutes a day for a ninety-day period. A possible Mind Power scenario might look something like this:

WEEK 1
5 minutes visualizing your goal
5 minutes affirming your goal
10 minutes on subconscious exercises for guidance
5 minutes acknowledging your strengths and creating a success vibration

WEEK 2
5 minutes visualizing your goal
5 minutes affirming your goal
5 minutes contemplating the importance of success
5 minutes on self-image
5 minutes acknowledging your strengths

WEEK 3
5 minutes visualizing your goal
5 minutes imprinting new beliefs
5 minutes contemplating your personal power to create
10 minutes on self-image
5 minutes of affirmations

So while your goal remains the same, the exercises can vary week by week. Each new week becomes a new work in progress, and our life is our canvas. The key is to keep doing the exercises, remembering that what you focus on you attract. Mind Power gives us techniques to focus on our goals.

Of course this could be used for Ease, forgiveness etc.
