the problem is in the repressed anger and anxiety-get this out and mending occurs-i hear some about how a quick healing is not the best healing and i agree but ill take a healing quick or slow
-when i started the program about 4 months ago i was expecting at least a yr -at least-by the way i was feeling i really didnt even know that i was going to heal,but on the other hand i really believed the teaching
,i ACCEPTED THE THEORY with a good heart-i re-sumed to study hbp and started my post-its hard to believe( in this time ) i have become aware ,accepted,released and healed
-i did not expect this nor did i aim for it-i aimed for and did a lot of study and work-i have studied and applied tremendously-and i do think that i am the exception-but there was that part that really wanted to heal soon too and i dont want to make light of this demand upon the sub-conscious to give you exactly what you want
-after all our studys r about a power that can do any thing and there have been reports of healings in 2-6 weeks and 4-8 and 3-6 months /1-3 yrs/etc....
i got healed and im still working on changing my habits like personality traits,conditioning,and reactions -i dont want this played doun because i want people to expect a recovery/ i did and i got mine/its the hope factor-
remember the story of the drs not wanting to tell the family or patients they had a hope to make a full recovery-and more so than not they do,dr sarno said he would rather give hope than let them doun by saying how bad its going to be /in doubt hope weakens
the objective is to learn from day 1 and keep on learning until healed and then keep on learning and applying-to retain the healing through hard work-acceptance-releasing and applying-
now ive been asked whats the magic potion-its in all the work-and belief-remember theres no short cuts/and yes when were new and really hurting-its impossible to work against pain-its only when the pain subsides that we can start to learn and ignore the pain and only after we begin to reverse the condition |

| That's fine Eric, but many people take much longer to heal, sometimes years. There is no single time-line for every single person. I try to drive that message home every chance I can get because some people who do not heal quickly can get discouraged and I don't want that to happen. Just because a person does not heal within a short time period does not mean they do not believe in the TMS diagnosis or that they have not properly applied TMS teachings in their life. It means they need more time to heal as their situation is unique. If it takes months, wonderful. But if it takes much longer, then that is fine also, as long as the person is making progress and working towards the goal of healing and, in the meantime, getting back to a normal life as possible. But there is no single path for every person. What worked for you may not necessarily work for everyone. |

i never said everbody heals in 3 months shawn-if you look back at my post you will see where i said 1- 3 yrs or more
i think im saying it on a positive note
didnt know because i was the exception and wanted to give hope
that it would hit you so hard-the point is to never give up
dont lose your hope-
you sound as if you dont want me to say dont give up-keep trying
it will come-this is fact brother-not a watered doun hope
where did the not believeing in the diagnosis come from |
