My brain loves tms, as I catch my self wanting those distractions: pain or inability to focus,Anything but dealing with the real problems.So I have to talk my self back. sometimes I think it is not working but it always does.....
you said it always works when you talk yourself back....could you tell in detail how you do this method,or is it different for different equilavents....your response will really help us new guys and please if anyone else could repond to how you may talk to your pain let me know-it helps us all thanks |
