It's a very thorough book with lots of dynamics. A good read and filled with wit. I'm sure you'll like it and it's sure to give you insight on how to beat any remaining TMS symptoms.

I read it and I agree that it is great. Several chapters are worth reading twice. Also, many references for further reading. I read a lot of TMS books and so far this one is the best.
