Does anyone know anything about this disorder? It is low blood pressure and symptoms are induced by lack of blood flow to the brain and other organs. It commonly cooccurs with chronic fatigue syndrome. Could either of these be TMS?

So low blood pressure could be TMS? I have a client who developed this "neurally mediated hypotension" after surgery for an appendectomy when she was 12. She now also has kidney stones, cysts on her ovaries and other problems which doctors say stems from the lack of blood flow to these areas. Since tms pain is also caused by lack of oxygen (blood flow), a light went off in my brain when I heard this girl's story. So now she is 17 and this has been going on for almost 5 years. She claims she can't go to school because when she sits for long periods, she gets very faint and passes out. Now she is having panic attacks from fear about going to school and getting sick while there. However, she sat in my office for over an hour and did not have any symptoms. Her younger sister is a client of mine also and she has been taking Zoloft for years because of her school/social phobia. No medical problems, but she does have problems socially, being very introverted. I'm just wondering where to go with this. Anyone else have or know of anyone who got better using Dr. Sarno's techniques for this "neurally mediated hypotension?"
