after a couple of days of feeling pretty normal, i had a fight with my wife, which i never got to resolve with her fully. i have lots of repressed anger and a full on return of symptoms! now im finally 100 percent convinced that this is a mindbody thing--no turning back now... my symptoms are all "bullsh&t!" everything seems to be a lesson now. i pretty much married my controling mother!

I have noticed over the years that my anxiety is almost precipitated by anger. And my anxiety is what causes my symptoms. I hope you can work this out. Families are given to us but a spouse is a choice. If that choice is giving you aggravation, what's the point? You have one life and if the person is not going to enhance it, I don't see the point of being married.

When my major TMS symptom came on it was right after stressing how I was going to work out a newly started relationship with someone I'd been separated from for five years. It was my idea to give it another go, but things were just the same, really. No reasoning was possible and no compromise.

In my mind these were unreasonable demands. Those same unreasonable demands. Nothing had changed, except my stress level. During those five years I had been a caregiver for a terminal relative. Oh, yes, I also had surgery for a nasty gallbladder.

When she left those five years ago with her new stalker boyfriend I had to pick myself up from zero and rebuild my life; now I was faced with tearing down all that work.

I woke up in the morning after a night of stressing about all this 1.5 years ago with a heavy feeling on my side, which let to massive problems and anxiety and hospitalization.

Last night was the end. No anger with her. It's just she wants different and I can't provide it. Good luck!

I do feel a lightness now. I can exhale. Maybe some of the pain and discomfort will go after time.
