So add to my ever-growing list of symptoms:

After a two week bout with HORIIBLE paresthesai (burning skin, prickly skin, numbness and tingling virtually all over) now my TMS has appeared to move AGAIN (mine moves/changes every couple of days.

I now have cold legs. Really cold. They feel cold and are cold to the touch.

Doesnt matter what ido, how I high I trun up the heat or how many layers I wear, I cant get my thighs (and sometimes my calves) warm.

Its realy quite worrisome, annoying and bothersome and I wouldnt be surprised if it was another TMS manifestation but wanted to know if anyone else has experienced anything like this?

I get very cold feet sometimes. Also hands. They refuse to warm up.

This sounds like one of those generically weird, psychosomatic symptoms that you can very likely ignore....with all standard disclaimers applying (as in I'm no doctor).

Yea it can be a normal TMS manifestation. Just like phenomenon of Rynoid syndrome. Which I suffered with for years prior to detoxing. In fact my fingers would turn numb with slight change of weather and or becoming wet. However there are other things that can contribute to this condition. Could be triggered from an over active immune response. Can just be from poor circulation, smoking too much or other poisoning of the body. JMHO if it is not a TMS manifestation then there is a logical reason for it happening other than just a phenomenon. Some of these symptoms are related to when the body is not able to regulate temperature properly.

Sorry to hear that… Hope you gain control of your TMS before it morphs again
As for these symptoms if it becomes unbearable and if you don’t get ANY relief for a long time you may want to look into an antihistamine. At least to cut the edge till you get to the bottom of your TMS.

Btw I am not saying this sort of manifestation is not real or TMS reacted because it acutely happened to me about a year ago. It was during rough crises ( also this manifestation NEVER happened to me before) .
I was under tremendous pressure at work with lots stress at home at the same time. First. The jeopardy of loss of Job, in addition to a family crisis with severe marital issues that were not getting better. To be honest with you when I started to get rashes itchy etc …after a day or so I knew it was a manifestation caused by stress. The good thing is I also knew what I needed to do to help control it. Also I knew it wasn’t dangerous or some severe thing I had to stress about. FOR ME IT WAS FROM THE STRESS ITSELF
But my problems was getting worse as I tried to keep my condition at bay. Then I applied Sarno thinking as I researched my condition at the same time. Btw (Zyrtec) is what I ended up trying.
Also I worked tremendously on my response to my family crisis. Spent a few days away from my family in prayer, came back refreshed. I ONLY took the antihistamine at its worse peak (for a few days), until I had a grip on it.

HTH

You will work it out .. But you have to do the homework. I used to call it emptying the tank and making peace with your past. Few hiccups since then however still dealing with family crises on a daily basis. Fun… ayy!!! But its nothing compared to 22 years of crippling back pain .Btw Today im still working at same Job in fact working OT for fist time in 3 years and things are getting better in my home.
My Best
