 can pain be replaced by extreme tiredness?

Just wondered for instance if i'd had back pain, and that seems to of quitened down, could it be replaced with various other aches and pains throughtout the body, some burning in the mucles at times, and completely tiredness... sometimes with headaches... can one symptom change to something such as fatique?

Yep, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, TMS affective equivalents.
