I have a good friend that has had 5 back surgeries since 1999. Last month he had some sort of implant that dispenses pain medication when he needs it. I have been very reluctant to talk to him about Sarno because, in all honesty, I thought he would be too far along to be able to believe it. He approached me about a month ago and asked me how I had improved so I loaned him my Sarno video. He is very receptive and came in today to talk and try to get a better understanding. I really feel that for him to totally repudiate the structural aspect of his pain, he needs a tms doc to look at his information and tell him he is ok. He has had so many surgeries that I feel out of place asking him to make any assumptions. He said he is willing to believe anything if his pain will go away, but I think a doc would help him. We are in south central Ok. Does anyone know a tms doc near us? I almost think he would go see Dr. Schecter. Does anyone know if he would see him and what is his address and phone number?
