and for the last 4 years, two chiros, osteopaths, pt,
have just made me worst, I don't trust any of them anymore and have quit, still have pain, but I said no more a few months ago,

I'll have to heal on my own, what started with a tight neck and ear pain 5 years ago had ended up be neck, lower back, tailbone , butt pain, etc, tight muscles down right side.

I went from one body worker to another to get rid of the last ones effects.

havent tried massage, but that maybe a possiblility.

Your message was very encouraging, until that last sentence.

Either you do not accept or fully understand what is necessary to recover from TMS.

Seeking any physical treatment for the pain is not appropriate if you have decided to treat your symptoms as TMS. It is absolutely essential to repudiate the structural diagnosis and stop physical treatments.

your right Dave, and will not do massage, but when I edited I made and error and the main advice I could give if not do what I did going after one treatment to another, and they will brainwash you and tell you how fragile you are, crooked , short leg, muscle imbalance, cervical occipital junction off, jammed r. temporal bone etc.

Yep, that's the problem with physical treatments -- they make you focus on what might be structurally wrong.

There is no problem to get a massage for relaxation, but not to "heal" the muscles, because they do not need to be healed. It is the brain that needs healing...
