I found Weekes' reassuring, though not sure my anxiety decreased *at all*. I found redirecting self therapy helpful at times (and still do). Berceli's Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) have been the *most* helpful of all to date, though. Also I have found The Solution Method (aka The Pathway aka Developmental Skills Training) helpful. (Previous threads on all, which a search should turn up.)
