Hello Everyone,

Over the long weekend I encourage you to discover Root Lock. It is the master key to healing your chronic pain. I have been pain-free from TMS for 6 years and this practice has been at the core of my success.

Daily, hundreds of you are now discovering the benefits of Root Lock. This practice will compliment and greatly enhance any healing path you are on!

Before I ever knew the name Sarno or TMS I ended 20 years of chronic pain with the Root Lock practice being the key. Root Lock is a powerful technique that works in conjunction with any TMS Therapy Program, Think Psychological and Think Clean!

Root Lock is how we defeat TMS or chronic pain caused by inner stress/tension at every level. This is why it is part of - The Master Practice.

This lock is a contraction of the muscles around the perineal body in men and the cervix in women. On the physical level this is simply the contraction of muscles. You will soon discover that it is much more. It is a powerful, mindful, energetic upliftment! The importance of the root lock should not be underestimated. As you perfect this practice it leads to a realignment of the physical, mental and emotional bodies and has big, huge benefits:
1. Maintaining hormonal balance.
2. Stimulating and regulating the nerves that innervate the lower pelvic region.
3. Re-balances nervous activity in the body.

The root lock is an important tool in the treatment of physical diseases and disorders. It has an immediate effect of creating a deep sense of mental relaxation, which relieves most mental and psychosomatic disorders, which are the direct or indirect result of inner stress, tension and anxiety!

A Practice that Communicates with our Nervous System
The root lock practice unlocks stuck emotional energy. Inherent is this process is the release of physical and mental tensions that have been trapped and stored in our body. Dr. Pert has told us how emotional peptides communicate throughout our system and how when inner stresses are perceived, our autonomic nervous system responds with a constriction of blood vessels resulting in oxygen deprivation. The root lock practice is how you can deliberately & positively influence communication with the autonomic nervous system and reverse TMS. This communication is therapy, which is allowing you to regain and maintain a healthy balance on the physical, mental and emotional planes. The root lock contraction stimulates both the sensory-motor and the autonomic nervous systems in the pelvic region. This pelvic stimulation activates parasympathetic fibers from the neck and pelvic areas and sympathetic fibers from the upper and lower back areas. The overall effect of this nervous system stimulation is to re-balance these two major components of nervous activity in the body.

Root Lock is real therapy and it works!
"The root lock is an important tool in the treatment of physical diseases and disorders. It has an immediate effect of creating a deep sense of mental relaxation, which relieves most mental and psychosomatic disorders, which are the direct or indirect result of inner stress, tension and anxiety!..." excerpt from The Master Practice

"Moola bandha or root lock, offers an infinitely powerful technique capable of breaking down the rigid barriers that have been built up in the mind over the years, thereby expelling deep unconscious conflicts and complexes that are not easily accessible to modern psychological techniques...The technique of moola bandha had been a closely guarded secret for millennia. By contracting the mooladhara chakra we have a more powerful technique than all the modern psychological techniques put together. They look like child's play compared..."
excerpt from Moola Bandha The Master Key

Questions? Contact me. Whatever state you are in physically, mentally or emotionally, there is a way for you to begin to incorporate this practice into your life.

Stay the course - practice root lock.

Very interesting, Monte. I remember one of my early TMS techniques, which I stumbled upon accidentally but could never explain to anyone properly, was this sort of inner contraction. In my mind I would scream and the contraction felt like it was in my butt and my lower spine, but sort of in my belly button too. Do you think that could be related to what you have described? It always gave me some relief from my pain. Could have been the mental scream of course. They sort of went together.
