Thanks pandamonium I will read your success story. Its difficult when you have seen so many people and they tell you physical stuff. Im going to really try and go for the physical. Ive read several books all Dr Sarnos and Fred Amirs. I guess the success is all to do with dropping the structural first. Thanks again.
