I've been essentially pain free as far as my upper back, neck and shoulders go for quite some time. I came back here to check on another issue I have been going on and now I have the other issue AND the neck issue back

You've had success before and you can again.

What's going on in your life to bring the symptoms back? Have you written about it? Are you taking care of yourself?

The forum can be triggering for some people. I'd put it down to your brain being reminded about all the options and trying the old tricks.

Nice thing is, you KNOW it has to be psychosomatic. :)
