Has anyone had red bloodshot eyes as a symptom of tms? I've had a small sty in my lower eyelid for the past five weeks, an optometrist gave me bacterial gel to put on it, and soon after half my eye has just exploded with redness as the eye veins in that eye look very inflamed.

I stopped using the gel 3 days ago. Half the day the eye is fine, half the time it's very red. The optometrist thinks it could be a reaction to the gel, but I'm wondering if it could be a symptom of tms. It just suspicious to me that if it were a negative reaction to the gel that it would look a lot better for part of the day and part of the day it could be so red.

I hope it's purely physiological, but I've seen some of the crazy things tms can do to the body.

Has anyone else experienced this as a tms symptom?

My eyes started getting red about 3 years ago.
I've been to different doctors.

1. GP - says not infected, but looks like rheumatoid, to see a rheumatoid specialist.

2. Opthamalogist, said they are okay, but maybe use compresses.

Dr. Sarno states in one of his books that red eyes with no apparent infection is a symptom of TMS. That TMS can even dull eyesite.

Coincidentally my eyes have been red and painful a couple of times over the past couple of weeks and I've been wondering if it was TMS myself. I've been diagnosed with "dry eyes" in the past and now I'm wondering if that was really TMS too.

How does one know what is "real" and what is TMS?

I've started telling my brain to send soothing moisture to my eyes, and have seen the most relief since it began.
I believe it is TMS.
