I began journaling a few days ago and right after that the tingles in my feet have turned to buzzing. Scary, but I'm trying to ignore it and forge ahead in trying to figure out which one of the million things bothering me is to blame. P.S. My TMS Dr has me reading Pain Free For Life. Good book.
