Hello everyone! Hope you all feel good or at least better.
I am feeling worse than I used to be, for last 10 days…
Some moments it’s unbearable, and I can’t convince myself that is TMS again.
Obviously, many other diagnosis going through my head. I am 32 years old, I feel so exhausted, tired of struggling day to day. Till today, I am saying NO to antidepressant, may be I have to reconsider.
I’d love to hear from somebody who is experiencing same symptoms.
My ears, neck going down to shoulders have a burning and tensed sensation , ears are plugged, mouth/jaws so tensed, that I have to release it every 20 seconds by opening my jaws and I hear a crack every time. Once in a while my shoulder releases the same cracking sound like my mouth. The hardest part, at least once a day now I have like an attack, that with all the described above, I am feeling like my blood circulation is really poor, I have a difficulty walking, because of the sensation of instability. And the tension
and burning in my neck and ears throwing me into panic and scare, drive me nuts.
I remember time, when I was going to vacation I felt always much better, this time, I just came back from 4 days gateway, but every single day was a struggle.
