I believe the quote below from Abraham-Hicks is spot on.You don't have to be perfect at this. Start being mindful/watchful of where your focus/attention/thoughts are? Then begin guiding them more to being open/allowing/grateful, accepting...and less of the complaining/closed-off/striving/complaining/angry. You will see your painbody begin to lessen. monte

And what percentage of my day am I ornery, irritated, frustrated, or blaming?" And you don't have to do 100%, you don't have to do 90%, you don't have to do 80%.
