Does anyone have any suggestions for journaling when the problem is pain in your hands and arms? My pain is severe when I write, though I have been writing 3 pages every morning for about 5 or 6 weeks now. The pain is a bit more bearable than when I first started but still really tough to work through. HELP!

Even knowing someone else has been through the same symptoms and gotten better would be nice, so I'd love to hear about anyone else's experience with this.

You can try using a small voice recorder to record 'spoken' journaling if the pain is too intense to write. Keep the recordings for a while if you can, because it can be useful to go back over them.

If you are managing it I would suggest continuing with writing though; it's much easier to look back at what you wrote. It also reinforces the message to your body that you don't believe this pain is harmful to you.

There are lots of RSI success stories on the forum. Check out the Success Stories part of the forum and/or search for "RSI" and "SuccessStory".

It's not 100% belief that's required, but 100% commitment.

I know this seems counter-intuitive, but push through the pain. It's an illusion. I had the exact same problem...
